Thanks for the input.

First, I forgot to mention that I am in a lead-free process and the plastic
of the connectors will not stand-up to the higher reflow temperatures.

Second, the flux application would have to be very controlled because the
solder would tend to chase up the lead if the flux did the same thing due to
the solderability of the Gold. I haven't tried performs so maybe I am
creating a problem, in my mind, that doesn't exist in application.

I beleive these connectors are available with solder bearing leads.  Then
all you have to do is add flux and send through a reflow oven.

If you must deal with the connectors you have, you might want to consider
solder preforms.  They should be available from your solder/flux supplier.
Then all you do is slip a solder preform (shaped like a washer) over each
pin and add flux (if its not already on the preform) and then send thru
your reflow oven.
