My kids know there is no Tooth Fairy, no Easter Bunny, etc., but they
still expect candy, eggs and a hunt at Easter, gifts under the pillow
for lost teeth and Christmas would really stink without stockings to
open.  To abandon all these childhood beliefs makes the special days
just another day.
