IS410 is a good choice. We have not recently had any availability problems.
The word I have gotten from ISOLA is that the phenolic-filled IS410
material was developed in Europe for their RoHS offering. In the early
introduction period in North America, we did have availability and lead
time issues. That is not the case now. Maybe some non-standard core
thicknesses might be "unobtainium" still.
