Hi Steve,

I can see your point, but I have a slightly different perspective on your
thoughts.

I also am very new to this forum and yes I don't get a lot of feedback on my
responses either. However, I don't send a response with the need for others
to make comments on it. While it is nice, I don't need affirmation to feel
like I have contributed. Like you, I try to think through the issue being
presented and if I feel that I have a good explanation, then I will
contribute. If I don't, I keep my mouth shut, especially on things for
which I have no experience. I don't look at the more seasoned professionals
as being in a good ole boys group. Perhaps they don't respond because they
don't know you. Many of the more tenured (to use your term) such as Werner,
Dewey and Richard Stadem are walking textbooks. I doubt that there is much
brought forth in this forum that these gentleman have not encountered at
some point in their careers. I am have learned alot from them. But still, I
like to throw out my ideas at times because just maybe, I will present a
fresh idea or hit on something that was missed that helps someone. I would
ask that you reconsider sitting on the sidelines. Don't let being a "newbie"
keep you from participating. This forum was designed to allow all of us to
help one another, you bring to the table as much as I or anyone else and
should not be stingy with your thoughts. As my mom used to say, you never
know who you are helping. That goes for other sideliners as well. My 2
cents. Have a great weekend!

Joe Russeau
