Franklin,

Have you considered that you may be a pioneer in what you are trying to do and that no one here can offer any advice cause nobody has tried it before?

Yes, can you believe it... got no response at all, now Steve, they jumped
all over his request, I'm thinking it has to do with his website and he
allowing people to post pictures, and so people want to keep him
happy...(laughing as people wonder how serious I am) luckily I'm past that
point where I would take it personal, but years ago....hmmm, well anyway.

What I'm looking for is a device to grind/polishing a single mount (3 pc
board coupons in a single puck) by hand.

In days past I could do a somewhat decent job, with todays smaller holes,
even down past 10 to 8 and even 6 I find it difficult to hit the center of
the hole +/- 10%.

Beuhler makes what they call the PC-Met jr, selling cost $2500 for the kit
which is crazy as they sell the complete kit for 6 mounts at $4500.

So I'm looking for a used unit, or one from another source (not even sure
who else might make one, perhaps Struers)

So that's my need today...any suggestions would be wonderful.

Franklin
