Sorry about your negative experience.
Typically, you do NOT get a response back from anybody, unless your e-mails
way off-base. So, you need to consider your 20 answers to be at least
acceptable.
Unless they are off-base, this forum would get p[rtetty cluttered with
atta-boys and thank-yous.
You should NEVER rerspond to a Technet-query in private, unless the answer is
of a really commercial nature.
The is no   label attached to newbies or 'tenured professionals''--on this
forum we share our experiences, some people more so than others [for whatever
reasons].
"The good ole boys have" DO NOT HAVE "all the right answers anyway"--they are
just more willing to let it all hang out.
Some of us are at a stage in our lives where we feel we owe the industry and
are trying to give something back. Boy, I sure have been around for a long
time--I knew Dieter Bergman before he had a beard--but i sure do not thin [and
certainly do not claim] to have all the right answers.
So, Steve jump right in--do not hold back--you are not getting a response in
most cases unless you really got it wrong.
