Franklin,
Sorry to hear that some fabricators moved out. For me, the inclsuion of
both PCB fabricators and assemblers has the advantage of covering both ends
of the same problem. This is because  so many times I solve assembly
problems by moving the head ach to the fabricators, and vice versa.
Distribution of TechNet into two will ban the potential synergy that
happens here.
