I' not an SMT expert, but I would be careful of different fluxes.  If
your screen paste and syringe flux are by the same manufacturer and sold
as the same basic chemistry, then it might be OK, but do the necessary
research with the flux manufacturer.

How about applying ORH0 (screening) and REMO (syringe)both prior to
reflow?
