Hi Ofer,
Please do not confuse reliability with quality. IPC-610A addresses quality
issues, but in no way reliability assurance. Of course, quality is a
prerequisite to meeting your reliability requirements, but it is not sufficient to assure
reliability--see IPC-D-279.
