Don't go there! Unless your suppliers are already very very
accomplished at SSSR, you will have no end of headaches while
they come up the learning curve on that process; and they
will charge more for it. It is handling intensive. It is a
method of last resort or for some very very particular situations.
My advice is to forget you ever heard of it!
(I know - all emotion and no data - but I've been down
that road more than once; fortunately it is in the past)

At what pitch does one have to apply all these measures
listed below to avoid issues with the boards? Is it bigger than 10, or
25 or 50 mils pitch? Do you have similar problems with SSSR ( Selective
solder strip and reflow ) as with HASL plating?
