Polyclad PCL-370HR and Nelco 4000-11 are similar high performance materials
to the IS410. Cost increases have been very small - 5 to 15% dependent on
glass styles and delivery has not been an issue so far. We expect to see the
price increase all but go away as we switch to 410 from 406.

Good morning all,

As we transition to RoHS compliant designs we are trying to cut in RoHS
Process Compliant bare boards, but we are finding that cost and delivery
are a limiting factor.  We had settled on Isola 410.

Is anyone else having this problem?

What other materials have you been successful using in both wave and
reflow applications?
