                                Mornin' Larry!

I have your picture up! Go to:

http://www.stevezeva.homestead.com and click on "Picture Page 2",
                                then look for "Microvia"...

I don't know much about that process, but I'm sure there are some
"Technetters" that can give an opinion or two...

                                Kind regards,

                                -Steve Gregory-

                                Stephen,

Could you please post this microsection on your website?
The question is what could cause this on a CO2 laser drilled, Neopact and RPP blind via?
We are getting all sorts of opinions, from desmear problem to poor metalization to DI water inadequate or chemical imbalances.
Any useful suggestions would be appreciated, as it has happened more than once , but irregularly.

                                Larry Russell
