if there is no material change and TC qual report is OK (extended
temperature window).  if there is a material change, on my book it is "major
change", should have qual including other tests.  But my book is old and
start falling apart... the new and better book from the new school grad
usually don't like to hear anything that is old and falling apart (brave new
world)...

Dear Technet forum members,

Our RoHs proof card samples are coming one by one. During this RoHS
transition, is there any necessity of doing the EMC tests again for lead-
free electronic card acceptance for the concerns about quality.
(We will make only thermal cycling tests, climate tests and aging tests for
the electronic card approval for the present)

We are waiting for your kind asistance and interpretation on our test
dilemma.
