Have seen this in SMT processes also...
The silkscreen will go from white to light violet or pinkish at from
210-235C...

The silkscreen appears to be thinner on these PCBs and the occurrence
seems to be high with PCBs from Asia... 

Maybe the white pigmentation in the silkscreen is different or it is
reacting with the soldermask....

That's where my thought was headed until I received more information
from
the customer.

Order qty was 99 pieces. They process in 6 piece lots and 2 of them from
the
most recent lot ran turned that color. The others had no issues.

There are 15 pieces per panel fabricated.

I've left messages at Cookson/Enthone...so if any of you technicians are
viewing this please call and help solve this puzzle.
