Apply the label in a portion of the CCA that is all at the same
potential, in an area where it is surrounded by components .  At 25kV,
electric field even on the edge of the label can become a concern if
there is ground potential "nearby" (i.e. within 2 or 3 inches or so).
Ink marking is also OK, again as long as it is done on a copper plane.
Resistist the temptation to mark in the 3 inch wide "no-man's-land"
between 25kV and ground, because that is where the fields are the
highest.  Marking on the inside edge of a corona ring (if used) is also
a possibility.  Inside shielded edge, not the outside surface of course.
