Fellow netters, a question about class 3 flexi film annular ring
requirements. I'm told that in rev G of IPC-A-600 the min annular ring
requirement is 0.002" around the circumference, whereas in the previous
rev F (which is the copy I have) the min annular ring was 0.005". Is the
0.002" figure correct and if so, what was the rationale behind the
reduction?
