Dear Technetters

Is there anybody most probably around French dealing with  NFC-93-713
standards I look through all the web pages but I have not encountered any
detailed explanations for  NFC-93-713 standards. How can I gain juch a
standard. Can you help me with contact address or web page to have these
standards
