several very good reerences.

Hello All

I am searching for some standards for V- grooves for PCB. Are there any
documents available?
Are there any papers showing mechanical stress due to breaking or scoring
of
PCB with V- grooves depending on the PCB thickness and design of V-
grooves
(depth, angel).
