Hi, In my past I seen similar results caused by lack of current to specific
boards, or areas caused by oxidized buss bars or improper connectivity on
the board them selves. Sometime just cleaning your buss bars on a daily
basis will prevent the majority of your problems. Check with a simple
continuity meter circuits on boards to see if there are any opens. Best of
Luck Jim Jablonsky

Good suggestion from George Milad. Copper plates well to copper, but not
well to copper oxide. Is this chocolate all over the boards, or in
patches?

You may want to check for impurities now in the bath. Organics usually
show
on hull cells - have you run that on the bath?

Inorganic contaminants cause the following problems (From IPC 740 trouble
shooting guide, chapter 10)

What does the anode film look like - may be a way a clue to what is
happening on the boards?
