I think they are gold.  It isn't really clear from the datasheet, or pkg
info on the website for the device.  It doesn't really look like the pkg
changes for RoHS, and yet they have a different PN for RoHS.  So I don't
know.  I have put a question to the manufacturer of the device, as well.

What is the plating on the CASON package?   I have not seen any problems
using a QFN (very similar package) with lead bearing solderpaste.
