SnAg3.8Cu 0.7 for reflow and wave
or SnCu3.5 or SnCuNi for wave
Wave soldering has always the fact of accumulation of copper in the bath.

Quick question, but what is the most prevelant Lead free alloy in use in
Europe at present?
We have a customer request to use SNC, (Tin Nickel Copper) as the final
finish on lead free HAL PCB. We would prefer to use SAC (Tin Silver
Copper).
What issues would we need to consider if we used the SNC finish in a SAC
wave solder bath?
