Good suggestion from George Milad. Copper plates well to copper, but not
well to copper oxide. Is this chocolate all over the boards, or in patches?
You may want to check for impurities now in the bath. Organics usually show
on hull cells - have you run that on the bath?
Inorganic contaminants cause the following problems (From IPC 740 trouble
shooting guide, chapter 10)
What does the anode film look like - may be a way a clue to what is
happening on the boards?
