I see nothing wrong with LeighAnn's response. If I were asking the
question of the technical community, I consider the vendor's input a
part of that, and I would appreciate their information. It is different
if not requested, however, and it is probably a good idea for vendors to
reply directly offline to those who inquire.
Your email format is certainly somewhat commercial, is it not? You have
your business address, your product name, your logo, and your website
links all there.
