Since no one responded I will try to help. I unfortunately relate knowing about 2-part Epoxy marking mediums ( I should've seen the future was futile ), whether it is called ink or paint, to the time I spent a year in Oklahoma, one weekend in Tulsa. If this is about marking and compliancy to Mil-STD-130, or marking for identification purposes contact me off-line.
