There's one video that could be of interest to you, it's called "Stockless
Production" by Hewlett Packard.  They are located in Greeley, Colorado.
It's rather old but the concept is still used today.  Hope this helps.

All,
 I am looking for some good videos of in line pcb manufacturing processes.
I need SMT, PTH (Wave Solder) and Mechanical processes. We are expanding
our internal processes to accommodate for "cell manufacturing" and we need
to train the staff and employees what that actually means. Any information
would be greatly appreciated.
