And the tin residue presumeably "poisons" the subsequent nickel deposition
and leads to skip plating on the enig - right?

Yes a lot of experience on detecting the condition but I can tell you that
if the drilled hole is 10 mils and the board thickness is over 90 mils that
you are approaching the limits.

I designed a test vehicle which I called the "bernoulli bus" which will tell
you where the edge of your process capability is.

If you would like to call me I can tell you how to do that - mobile is

Hello

            With the advent of hign aspect ratio holes. Has any out there
come up with new ways to get stripper solution movement thru the holes for
good stripping? We are using a Chemcut fixed manifold conveyorized unit.
Surface looks good, but we sometimes leave tin in the holes. Have used fluid
heads as the last spray, but this was a mess.
