<RoHS is a "single market Directive" which is mandatory in all EU states
and must be implemented "as is" in the national law of each state. We
have looked upon this as the more troublesome chiefly of the removal of
lead in solder.>

I interpret your answer to mean one thing and maybe you meant something
else.

"as is" to me means that it should be implemented (transposed) word for
word and written as an independent law.

In the recent German legislation WEEE and RoHS were combined. I think
Ireland did the same, yet can't remember right now.

So, what did you mean??
