That Air Force Document that we received via this Listserve (via I think
someone out of Cedar Rapids) really is focussed on a mixed set of 2nd
level, and beyond, assembly products used by the AirForce (components to
cards or boards). Lead Free Solders are used by the military as the
technical need arises and within components for their properties.

We have to read this USAF document in the context intended.
