80% of the total weight is the 2006 target for reuse, recycle, re---
75% for the component, material, substance, reuse, recycle, re---
This is for major appliances; WEEE Category 1
So although most of this household product is not electrical or electronics
by weight the entire appliance like the metal shell falls under WEEE.
