Werner, I agree.  But according to 6012 "enclosed folds" are o.k.

Ahhh, Chris, but they are not o.k. The 'healed' folds are stress risers at
best, and will result in   PTV barrel fractures either during manufacturing or
afterwards if there are thermal cyclic operationg conditions.
