Most probably have dealt with this issue, have you checked pick and place to make sure they are not being cracked by a heavy placement.  Do you wave solder them? If so do you have each termination enter the wave together or end over end?  Do you depanel the boards and potentially flex the boards?  Have you looked at the supports, could the parts be hitting a support? What is the package size, process, type, and value?

capacitors.  Has anyone had issues with cracked caps with SnAg Solder
