This is basically design specific.  .003" web is currently a standard
minimum feature size and these works well to gasket and keep solder from
flowing.  A .002" web we have run several time and the issues with
shorts increased a good %.  The solder tends to bridge more readily over
a .002" dam, but we did not perform further analysis on the assembly
process conditions.
