Dear Technetters,


This is regarding measurement of ioninc contamination. We are using  OMEGA METER Ionic contamination Test systm Model 500. 

Iam having the following questions.


1. Does this system require calibration? If so at what frequesncy?


2. Can we take the resistivity readings from the meter and conver it to contamination level in terms of micrograms of NaCl per sq cm from conversion table instead of using the slide rule  for calculation?


3. Are there any agencies in India to calibrate this system?
