Hi Rick, Kay, Chris, IPC LF Listservers,

Rick thanks for your link. I wonder how much the UK will have to pay?

Particularly since like the Netherlands they aren't "IN" the EU until
they keep moving forward. From my understanding only a treaty connects
them. The penalties are connected to the full implementation of the EU
so everything is kind of a cat and mouse game.

I always wonder about these articles since I have read one place that
Greece already was a good little Zeus and transposed the EU legislation.
