In Germany's ElektroG Law, the penalties are up to EURO 50,000.

Section 23 of the law defines the penalties with the various offenses to
which they apply.

Does anyone know what the penalties are for noncompliance with WEEE?
I'm mainly interested in the UK, France, Germany, and The Netherlands.
