If you are converting an assembly line (hand assembly) to Pb free, how much of the equipment would you feel is re-usable, if properly cleaned, and how much do you feel you would have to replace?
Also, any recommendations on how to clean, if you say it is cleanable?
For example, here are my thoughts and what I am not sure of:

Soldering iron base and wand Keep or replace?
Iron tips Replace
Tweezers, cutters, pliers Keep or replace?
ESD mat Keep or replace?
Lamp (inspection tools) Keep
Garbage can Keep
work bench Keep
