Our inspectors have noticed that it appears we sometimes receive populated boards in used ESD bags from an out of house CM.
None of our products are yet compliant, but within 6 months I would assume that we will be making some.  Is this a potential source of contamination?  Or would the transfer be so low as to be of no concern?
