Pratap,
That is actually not a bad idea, although I know you did not mean to be
serious.  If we had regional electronic waste sites that would actually
make some sense.  If we are not going to recycle (and I still think we
should do it), then at least let's not spew it all over creation. One
landfill 120 feet deep by 6.6 miles x 6.6 miles (44 square miles) would
satisfy the US needs for the next 100 years!  And that's for ALL waste,
excepting mining waste.

Since Davy Gordon is so convinced that electronic waste is OK, may be
State of MD can start importing it from all over US and other countries
and bury it in MD landfills (of course for a small fee!!). Texas  has
just started  a dump for Radio Active Waste storage - Now we can have
dumps in MD for electronics waste. ;-)
