Hi everyone.
Anybody seen a good tool for removing silver epoxy mounted semiconductor chips? Probably kind of electromechanical mini tool, but I have not found any useful. Diamond high rpm tool is not good because you spread particles all around. Shearing is seemingly best way. Today's method with sharp tool and hammer is too primitive.
