Typically, from memory, it is around 0.2 Watts/Meter/degree centigrade.

In other words it would make excellent house insulation.............8-)

I have a customer asking for the thermal conductivity constant for FR-4.  I
have seen this spec'd on some specialty laminates, Rogers, GIL for instance,
but not on any "FR-4" laminates.  Would this spec likely be available from
the laminate supplier?  If not, why?  Tell me why I see it on the big $$$
high frequency laminates but not the "cheap stuff".
