Franklin - I ran across the same requirement the other day.  I'm curious to
know what you find.  Are you looking at pattern silver (don't even know if
such a thing is possible) or post etching tie-bar?

I assume you are going to electroplate silver onto the PCB. If so, you may
want to check with UL to see if they have any issues.
