Thank you all for the valuable input as usual. Just to follow up on my
measling problem, we tracked down the culprit. It turns out that our CM
was using too much pressure to swage in the standoffs.

If you remember these are cone swaged standoffs and supposed to be
finger loose but still hold the part perpendicular. They were using just
a little too much pressure and stressing the glass.

Now that they've backed down the pressure the measling has gone away.
