Hi folks!

Just got some bare fabs at the back door, and found that the soldermask
is mis-registered around the BGA pads.

The design is that the pads are supposed to be NSMD pads, but only half
the pad is...

I think I'm going to return these boards to sender, just checking with
you all to see if you would do the same thing...

Once, just once, I wish I could come into work and not have some sort of
