What ever you do to that floor, DON'T WAX IT!

I have an emotional response to you query. In a previous life, we
installed an ESD floor and it worked perfectly until a maintenance man
one evening waxed it, destroying about 10,000 sq. ft. of ESD floor
tiles.

Now there may be a floor wax which will not damage the ESD floor tile. I
would recommend that you contact the ESD floor tile's manufacturer to
determine what materials to use to clean the floor. You will ruin the
properties of the floor if you do not follow the maintenance procedures.
