Hi,

In the frame of a reliability study, I have to use Daisy Chain CBGA 1.0 mm pitch in Lead free version. Today, I dont have any supplier for these components in France.

Somebody has used or knows where can I buy LF CBGA components, specifically Daisy Chain Lead-Free CBGA pitch 1.0mm, side 25 ou 32.5mm as the famous TV996 or TV969 of IBM?
