Hi Karen:
It was good talking to you yesterday. As we discussed there could be several reasons why your boards exhibit this problem. I forgot to ask you If you need me to talk to your board supplier and help him solve this problem please let me know. ( I am not a consultant and this is all free of charge)This is a very common phenomenon in HAL and can be taken care of . If you would like to send me a sample board that would help too.
