I agree, well to a certain extent. 
Depending on how large a market share Ramon's company holds, it is
certainly viable that they still may be able to source traditional Pb
containing products and materials, although the costs are where we are
all likely to feel it.

As we pass beyond July 2006, it is inevitable that traditional Non-RoHS
compliant components and materials will become a lot more difficult to
source, and likely to become more expensive, as the demand diminishes.

not exporting to the EU, or because your part of the industry is exempt,

NOT mean that you are not affected--YOU WILL BE AFFECTED. that is
