From the reports I looked at, I thought that the SAC's had a somewhat greater
surface tension than SnPb. But from what you are saying the surface tension
would be lower--that also would explain the higher propensity for bridging and
shorts. But to not flow together means a significant difference in surface
tension. At what temperatures did you see this?
