Hi All,
I have been a reader for a long time and have come up with an issue that I
am looking for some of your expertise on. The application is in a mechanical
bond between a tin/bismuth connector contact and a flex circuit that has an
immersion silver coating on the contact pads. The question is in long term
reliability between the tin/bismuth and the silver. I am looking for any
information on what will happen between this combination of metals over time
or possibly point me to a test method that I could use to find out.
Thanks
Vern
