Hi Arnold, GerhardH, IPC LF Listservers,

The link Arnold gave is the same link I used back in March/April to
download the German law that Gerhard from Infineon (not MarcD) gave us.

A link to the 31March2005 IPC LF listserve post from Gerhard:
http://listserv.ipc.org/scripts/wa.exe?A2=ind0503&L=leadfree&T=0&F=&I=-
3&S=&P=30418

The link to the German law in English: (Same link, yet it looks updated)
http://www.bmu.de/english/waste_management/acts_and_ordinances/drafts/doc/65
54.php

SO This is the complete list of my current questions based upon this
German (DE) law. The Section X (Y) z listed comes from the law.

(EEE Act or ElektroG) of 16March2005

I have to say that sometimes I had to write "Neat" or "Wow" as notes since
they really worked on closing loopholes and providing alternative pathways
in case one collection, reuse, , system broke down.

Section 6 (1) => Producers setting up Clearing Houses
       -Is this happening?

Section 9 (2) 4 => Wheelie Bin knowledge communication to consumers
-Are they doing this with TV advertisements, radio?
-What is the perception of the common man/oman?

Section 14 (6) => Temporal and Spatial distribution collection quotas
                       for WEEE
-{Basically statistics} published on the Internet
^ Has anyone seen the web site (in English) ?

Section 15 (1) 4 => Clearing House Organization provisions, rules, etc
-To be published on the Internet
^ Has anyone seen one on the wwweb?

Section 23 (1) 3  => Producer Registration number
-This section is about offenses with upto EUR 50,000
^So does anyone have an idea how many producers have
                       already registered. 80%, 90% ?
